Uh-Ho Bloomberg is at it again...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2180635/Mayor-Bloomberg-bans-baby-formula-NY-hospitals.html
First he doesn't want people to drink to big a size of soda but now, no feeding babies formula, only breast milk...what do you think?

  1. I admit -- I did a double-take when I saw this, but when the Grey Lady says it's true, well, ...

    1. I was taken aback when I saw this and just could not resist. Unfortunately, I am never surprised at things like this at all...This is a choice that is personal at best...and should remain that way. I am very disappointed in the "nudging" that takes place when someone tells someone else what is best for them. Smoking is bad and kills but cigarretts are not outlawed...drinking is bad, but yet it is still sold. We believe our bodies are ours alone, especially women's, yet here we are told it is better for the baby to get mother's milk instead of formula, um, yes, we all know that...but why is baby's health put over the mother's health in this case, and not other cases....The baby is dependent on the mother for life sustaining milk, but yet it is the mother's body that also gives life before the baby is born...I am struggling with this...isn't this taking away the woman's right to do what she wants to do with her body?
